Hey! I’m Neeraj, a B.Tech. student from Greater Noida. I have a cool story to share about an unforgettable group trip to the mesmerizing town of Rishikesh.
Route to Rishikesh: The Journey Begins
I and my three fellow adventure enthusiasts set off from Delhi to Rishikesh, covering a picturesque 226 km by road. The excitement was contagious as we ventured into the heart of nature.
Rishikesh Itinerary:
- Adventure Activities in Rishikesh:
Our days are filled with heart-pounding experiences. Rafting through the white waters of the Ganges, taking a leap of faith with bungee jumping, and camping under the stars created memories that would last a lifetime.
- Triveni Ghat:
Amidst thrilling adventures, we discovered the peaceful charm of Rishikesh. Triveni Ghat, where the mesmerizing Ganges Aarti captivated us, Ram Jhula exuded vibrant energy, and the tranquil Neelkanth Mahadev Temple cradled in the Himalayas, offered a serene contrast to our adrenaline-filled adventures.

Best Season to Visit in Rishikesh :
The best time to experience Rishikesh’s many temples, mountains, waterfalls, flora and fauna, and adventure sports is between September and March, when the city’s weather is cool and pleasant. The summer breeze welcomed us, making it the ideal season to explore Rishikesh. The weather was perfect for both thrilling outdoor activities and tranquil spiritual experiences.
Our budget-friendly trip, costing between ₹3000 and ₹3500 per person, covered everything essential: accommodation, meals, and unforgettable adventures. As we said goodbye to Rishikesh, we took with us more than just memories. We carried the sounds of laughter, the excitement of adventure, and the calm that comes from feeling connected to something bigger than us.
