Hello beach lovers! Nikita this side, your travel buddy!!!
Join me on an exciting journey to the vibrant land of sun, sand, and sea – Goa with friends in India. Known for its pristine beaches, Portuguese heritage, and vibrant nightlife, Goa is a traveller’s paradise waiting to be explored.
How to reach Goa?
We travelled through the Madgaon Express, a train winding through the scenic landscapes from the heart of Mumbai to the serene shores of Goa’s capital, Panjim.
Places to visit in Goa:
- We visited some famous spots: Anjuna Beach, Baga Beach, and Calangute Beach. These beaches are well-known for their beachside restaurants, relaxing spas, and stunning sunsets. I love watching the beautiful sunsets at the beach the most.
- Aguada Fort & Market: It is a beautiful Portuguese fort that’s worth visiting. It’s also a great spot for taking pictures because of its scenic beauty. The Aguada Flea Market is famous for shopping for local items and enjoying local food.
- Church in Goa: Don’t miss the Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate; it’s a beautiful and peaceful place to visit while in Goa.
Best Accommodation in Goa:
During my stay in Goa, we had the pleasure of staying at the Heritage Hotel. Located between the charms of Panjim, this hotel offers a delightful blend of comfort, elegance, and excellent culinary delights. From cosy rooms to delectable Goan cuisine, Heritage Hotel provides the perfect retreat after a day of adventure.
Food and cafes to try in Goa with friends
- Get High Club: We had a blast at the Get High Club! It might have been small, but the DJ was fantastic, the food was great, and we danced until 4 a.m. Plus, the crowd was amazing too!
- Mango Cafe: For food, try the local restaurants. For authentic Goan cuisine, try this restaurant. It is renowned for its delicious food. We indulged in Mexican pizza, seafood, and garlic bread there, and it was all amazing! What’s even better is that the place stays open until 4 a.m.
Hidden Gem in Goa for Party Lovers:
Arambol Beach stole my heart with its laid-back vibe, exhilarating water activities, and vibrant late-night parties. It’s a hidden gem that offers a unique glimpse into Goa’s bohemian spirit.
Best Time to Visit:
The most suitable time to visit Goa is during the winter months, from November to February when the weather is pleasantly cool and ideal for exploring the beaches and attractions.
