As you stepped through the Holi Gate, a giant banner of the famous sweet shop, Brijwasi, greeted us. It’s one of the town’s largest shops, bustling with people. The array of sweets – from Pedas to various types of Barfi made from dry fruits like Cashews, Almonds, and Chocolate, along with all kinds of Namkeen, Dhokla, Samosas, and flavoured Milk – left us spoiled for choice. It was hard to pick just one, with each treat rated ‘Excellent’!
