Cancellations:
As a customer friendly organisation, we offer 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel your order, it can be done within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Replacements:
SOWL endeavours to ensure that every purchase made with us is seamless and satisfying to our customers. We take great care in adhering to the highest quality and premium finish standards. As our policy, we do not offer returns or replacements on products which are delivered in perfect condition as shown and described, while the order was placed. We put great efforts in providing you with the exact image of the product and up to the mark description.

However, if the wrong/damaged product is delivered, then we are open to extending replacement (if the product is available) or full refund. For which we require the return request within 24 hours of receiving the order and opening/unboxing video of the product package. A Refund / replacement will be initiated after the matter is thoroughly looked through by our team and we have received back the wrong/damaged product back in original packaging and in proper condition. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to make a resolution to any situation. Each return and replacement are handled on a case-by-case basis.
