Hello travel enthusiasts, Anil here!!!
Recently, I embarked on a memorable biking journey to Bhedaghat, a place known for its breathtaking marble rocks, picturesque waterfalls, and the historic charm of the Narmada River. It is situated near Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh, India. Moreover, Bhedaghat promises an escape into the heart of nature, combined with the freedom that only a motorcycle ride could offer.

The journey, which began in January, had a budget of 15,000 INR for two friends. We travelled by bike and stayed for two days, lodging at a hotel near the Jabalpur Railway Station. Throughout the trip, they enjoyed sampling various street foods. The budget also included entry or visiting fees for any places they visited, such as parks or boating activities.
2-Day Itinerary for Bhedaghat
- Journey Begins in Bhedaghat

In January, my friend and I embarked on a biking adventure to the enchanting town of Bhedaghat. The winter air added to our excitement as we rode through the scenic routes, with the early morning chill making the journey even more refreshing.
Upon reaching Bhedaghat, we were immediately captivated by the stunning sight of the marble rocks lining the Narmada River. Also, the highlight of the day was undoubtedly the Dhuandhar Falls. Moreover, the sight and sound of the water crashing down the rocks were both thrilling and mesmerising.

We spent hours exploring the area, taking in the breathtaking views, and snapping pictures of the magnificent landscape. The entry fee to visit the falls was minimal, making this spectacular experience both affordable and unforgettable.
- Spiritual Retreat at Mayiar Mata Temple

On the second day, we set our sights on the Mayiar Mata Temple, which was just a short ride from Bhedaghat. Unlike the adrenaline-filled adventure of the previous day, the temple’s serene atmosphere offered a peaceful contrast. We spent some time there, soaking in the tranquillity and reflecting on the calm surroundings.
The spiritual ambience provided a sense of peace and relaxation, making it a perfect spot to recharge. After our visit to the temple, we continued to explore the local area, enjoying the vibrant street food scene. The local cuisine was both affordable and delicious, offering a variety of flavours that added a unique touch to our journey. The street food stalls served everything from spicy snacks to sweet treats, making it a delightful way to end our day of exploration.
