Our adventure began with a bus journey, a choice we made for its comfort and efficiency. We boarded a Volvo bus at 6 PM from ISBT Kashmere Gate, Delhi. Also, the journey was smooth, and the ticket cost us 1200 INR per person. Alongside me were my two cousins, making the trip even more enjoyable. By 7 AM the next morning, we arrived in Bhuntar. From there, we took a taxi to Kasol, costing 500 INR for the three of us. Alternatively, local buses are also available. It took us about an hour to reach our destination.
Best Accommodation in Kasol
Upon reaching Kasol, we checked into our pre-booked hotel, Wood Packers, at a rate of 2100 INR per night. Also, the view from our hotel room was nothing short of surreal. After settling in and admiring the breathtaking scenery, we set out to explore the town.

- Tosh Village: Next, we took a taxi to Tosh, a quaint village located about 20 kilometres from Kasol. The journey took around 1.5 hours due to the hilly terrain. Also, Tosh offered stunning views of the Parvati Valley, with its snow-capped mountains and green meadows. We strolled through the village, interacted with the friendly locals, and enjoyed the peaceful ambience. It felt like stepping into a different world, far from the hustle and bustle of city life.
- Nature Park: In the evening, we visited the Nature Park in Kasol. We tried some local snacks like bread pakoras and Maggi noodles from a small café inside the park. Also, the Nature Park is a lush green area with tall pine trees and well-maintained paths. Walking through the park, breathing in the fresh air, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings was a delightful experience. The local street food added an extra layer of charm to the visit.

Must Know: To get from Parvati River to Tosh Village, take a taxi; the journey takes about 1.5 hours. Also, from Tosh Village to Nature Park, return to Kasol and then walk within the park.
Day 2: Exploring More Gems

- Tirthan Valley: The next day, we embarked on a short trip to Tirthan Valley, located around 30 kilometres from Kasol. Also known for its pristine beauty and tranquil environment, the valley offered scenic views and a refreshing vibe. It was a great spot to relax and connect with nature, making for a perfect escape from the usual routine.
- Evergreen Cafe: In the evening, we headed to Evergreen Cafe in Kasol, renowned for its cosy ambience and delicious food. Also, we enjoyed their wood-fired pizza and Israeli dishes, which were fantastic. The café’s view of the surrounding mountains was stunning, making it the ideal place to end our day.
- of Kasol: We also explored the local market, where we picked up handicrafts and trinkets. Also, the market was vibrant, with various stalls selling unique items. It was the perfect place to buy souvenirs and local crafts, adding a touch of authenticity to our trip.

Must know: To reach Tirthan Valley from Nature Park, take a taxi; it’s a 1.5-hour journey. Finally, to get from Tirthan Valley to Evergreen Cafe, return to Kasol and either walk or take a short auto ride.
